Cancellation policy

Notice of cancellation must be made by sending an email to the International Conference on Talent Development and Honors Education 2020 Team, using the following e-mail address info@honorsconference2020.org. The notice of cancellation must include all relevant banking – and other necessary details to facilitate a possible refund. Please note that cancellations will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the International Conference on Talent Development and Honors Education 2020 Team has been emailed.

Written cancellation received:

Refunds will be made after the (post) conference.
 
In the case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing and sent to: info@honorsconference2020.org 
 
(Post) conference registrations are transferable to someone else. This must be indicated in writing by email before May 31, 2020 to: info@honorsconference2020.org
 
Refunds are not granted for unattended events or for early termination of attendance. In case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the (post) conference room or any other incidents during the (post) conference that are beyond the control of the organisers, refunds are not granted.
 
By registering to the International Conference on Talent Development and Honors Education 2020 and/or the Post conference (HIFI), participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the conference office assume any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The (post) conference fee does not include insurance.
