Registration Fees

On this page you will find all the price information regarding registration for the International Conference on Talent Development and Honors Education 2020 (10-12 June 2020) and /or for the Post Conference program (15-17 June 2020).

Registration is open for conference presenters and for everyone interested in honors education and talent development. Please feel free to join us and register!

Registration Fees Conference 10-12 June 2020

Conference fees include conference pack, access to the conference app., coffee, tea & drinks for three days, reception on Wednesday and lunches on Thursday & Friday.

Registration Types

Full conference registration: Registration is only and automatically for the full conference. *Member: A member of the European Honors Council (EHC). For free registration and information, please click on the website: https://www.honorscouncil.eu/membership.html.

Student: To qualify for this rate, you must be studying full time. Proof of enrolment in a higher education institute needs to be attached to the registration. Student Rate only applies to full time bache­­lor students and master students. PhD students pay Early Bird or Standard Rate.

Registration Fees Post Conference Program (HIFI) 15-17 June 2020

This intensive workshop is open for university or college professors, instructors, lecturers, and researchers who aspire to teach academically talented (honors) college students.

If you register for this workshop only (as a stand alone event), the registration fee will be Euro 590. 
If you also register for the conference, we can offer you this workshop for Euro 550. 

Lunches will be provided by the institute on Monday and Wednesday. Dinners will be provided by the institute on Monday and Tuesday.

Payment

Once your registration has been processed a receipt of payment will be emailed to the email address you provided on your registration form.

All conference payments must be received prior to the conference. We accept payment by:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PayPal
• iDEAL (only through Dutch bank account) 
• Bank transfer

Insurance

Insurance of any kind is NOT included in registration fees – it is advised that delegates take out appropriate health and travel insurances prior to travelling. The International Honors Conference Committee do not take any responsibility for delegates failing to insure.
